hit your circlish button in the center
scroll over to i believe your far right to profile
select edit profile
go to family settings
you should be able to change the setting of what you can download and play but I don't think you can change your age (sry i've tryed)

So until you turn 18 according to the age you put in when you made your account you cannot download the M content until you are 18. i had the same problem. I went to microsoft support and looked around and fround it and even e mailed them to make sure and they told me i had to wait until i was 18 to download it. Also you could make a whole new account which i dont reccommend. You also can't DL mature rated stuff (which is probably why you're asking..). If you need to change your age, the easiest way would be to unlock parental controls.
