Xbox 360 Help Please?

I have recently purchased both the Battlefield 2 video game and the Battlefield: Bad Company game. Although, I'm unable to play online because my registered age on my Xbox is 12. My parents contacted EA and gave me parental consent, but even with valid information they declined and I am still unable to play my game. So, is it possible to change your age on Xbox Live, and if so how? (Also, if you've had this problem how do you give parental consent?)
