Xbox live msn child account issue?

hey i got xbox live and said my age was 13. i had to sign in the rest of the way with my dads account and credit card. wen im done i tried to use msn and i couldnt, becasue im on a childs account. im like this is stupid, and 5 months later they come out with the change id thing, i make an account, say im 40, it chabnges and all this stuff happens. im like yay i can use msn, but i try to %26quot;u r on a child account%26quot;. my family settings are still there, and its the same family settings and stuff. i know the password for the family settings account, can anyone tell me how to remove them, caus i cant, even tho it says i was born in 1963.

thxXbox live msn child account issue?just promote it ^^Xbox live msn child account issue?Aww since ur gamertag is linked to the email adress u gave what u would have to do it create a whole new gamer tag and also new email address the email address is pretty easy cause its free but the gamer tag, if u have a 1 month fine run that out and just make a new name but if u already got the yearly then i would just stick it out. but if not and u have a 1 month subcription just run that out create a new email adress and make a new gamertag but make sure u dont add ur old email that u used fror the kiddie address and check ur age make sure that u put in something like 1980 dont go to far back.
