Gears of war 2 online!!!?

hi, im from aus, and it takes me forever to get a game loaded on xbox live (as in for me to find other players in public games), i mostly play with people from the U.S. am i on the wrong server or something? or does it take ages for everyone....



and if i am in the wrong server how do i change?



thanks.Gears of war 2 online!!!?live isnt server based, its p2p (peer to peer) meaning it takes u forever cuz u play on someones elses xbox, and most of the time that someone elses xbox is in the US, so it finds ppl with enough bandwidth to play with someone across the world. look for setting like closest game or best connection. ur playing on someones xbox across the world, thats why its slow. not much u can do sryGears of war 2 online!!!?It's not your fault, everyone is having problems with this. Just wait for the next patch to fix it up, I usually invite friends so I don't have to wait to search for other people. Go Gears!
