Is there any way i can change it at all?
because i tried to download a demo earlier today and it said i cant cuz of something in the parental settings. And everything was set to the point where you can download anything.

or can i make a silver account and make it so im like 60 years old, and than just log back into my gold account?

To upgrade to an adult account, hit the guide button, then go all the way to the right blade (i think) and select account management, upgrade child account. It will require you enter a valid credit card, it doesn't need to be the one you used for live, and no charges will be made.
