How do you change your age on Xbox Live?

I said that my age was 15, and I thought that I wouldn't have restrictions for anything. I was wrong. Now I am trying to sign into my EA account to play Battlefield Bad Company 2, but it says that I do not have access to do this. I have gone into system settings and changed the family settings so that everything is %26quot;visible by everyone%26quot; and %26quot;allowed%26quot;. I really want to play this game but i have idea what to do. It sucks but you can play the game offline as long as you have all the family settings turned off.
