When i frist made my xbl account i put my normal age witch was 15 and i just changed my windows live id to make where im 21 but it still wont let me download M rated games and it wont show everything on the xbl dashboard idk what to do ive tryed everything can someone please tell me how to solve this problem, thnxWhy cant i download M rated games on my xbox 360 even though im over 18?It doesn't matter if you went back and changed your windows live id to 21 you already made a 15 year old account on your xbox. No way to change your age on your account now.There is only 2 things you can do. Even if your profile says you're over the age limit, if it's restricted on the console, you won't be able to download that content.Why cant i download M rated games on my xbox 360 even though im over 18?Did you promote your account from child to adult? Even though you turned 18 you still have to manually promote your account.
1. Bring up the guide (by hitting the middle button on your controller)
2.Go over to settings
3. Go down to Account Management
